As October in Atlanta is a high-peak travel time, attendees should make their hotel arrangements early (see below). No ADHS hotel rate has been negotiated with the hotels but a number of good options within walking distance of Georgia Tech are available!

Atlanta

The Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is conveniently located relative to Midtown Atlanta where ADHS 2015 will take place. The two ways of getting from the airport to Midtown is either to take a taxi (price should be around $40) or to take the MARTA (Atlanta’s subway system) to either the Midtown or North Avenue stops depending on where you are going and where your hotel is located. The North Avenue stop is closest to TSRB, where the conference venue is.

Venue

The conference will take place in the Technology Square Research Building (TSRB) at the Georgia Institute of Technology, located at 85 5th Street in Midtown Atlanta. For directions and other information, see http://www.tsrb.gatech.edu.

Hotels

There are a number of hotels in Midtown within walking distance of the TSRB, with the closest ones being:
* Georgia Tech Hotel (1 min walk to TSRB)
* Renaissance Atlanta Midtown (5 min walk to TSRB)
* The Georgian Terrace (10 min walk to TSRB)
* Hotel Indigo (10 min walk to TSRB)
* Regency Suites (10 min walk to TSRB)

No special ADHS rate has been negotiated with any of these hotels and conference attendees are expected to find their own hotel accommodations. We are, of course, happy to make recommendations and help find suitable accommodations if need be.
